What is Body Unlocking?

The human body is designed to naturally allow the flow of emotions, energy, and vibration.

Due to stress, traumas, social conditioning, and habitual activities, we develop tensions and ‘locked’ places in our bodies which restrict the flow of energy, tax the functioning of our bodies & mind, and can lead to a ‘stuck’, unsatisfied feeling because the body is not supporting the healing/growth process.

These places of habitual tension in our bodies can block or hinder the breath -- and thus the free release of emotions, and purification (which is one of the benefits of meditation and other spiritual and healing practices.)

With Body Unlocking™ we learn to recognize our patterns and habits of ‘holding’ and ‘bracing’ ourselves with our bodies. As we learn methods of releasing and relaxing these locked places, we find our ability to release stuck thought patterns easier as well. Thus, this process especially supports and compliments meditation practices.


The aim of these sessions is to help identify your specific areas of holding and show you how to release them. This helps you create a new relationship with your body, and an “open” body that resonates, vibrates, and feels alive and present in the moment.

Please wear comfortable clothing. These are interactive sessions which will involve easy movement, breathing, focus/body exercises and verbal communication (which will be done discreetly when in a silent retreat setting.)
