Steph studies with and has been trained by Shinzen Young (and sometimes leads his phone retreats) and his teachings form a foundation of her work. Steph has explored many aspects of the spiritual path. Thus her teachings are a synthesis of different teachings taught with a unique strategy designed for each class.

Develop and/or Deepen your Own Meditation Practice
(Appropriate for beginning as well as experienced meditators.)
EACH CLASS :
* Intro/presentation of mindfulness & today’s meditation
* Guided Meditation (usually doesn’t begin till about 2:30pm)
* Q&A /Discussion (about meditation and/or about designing your own practice
suitable to your needs & lifestyle – whatever meditation practice you use.)
