Meditation Techniques for Daily Life
A talk given on August 23rd, 2003, sponsored by the Santa Monica Coop, which included a presentation of the basic concepts & premises of mindfulness meditation, and how thoughts & feelings come together to create discomfort -- with suggestions on how to dismantle that entanglement. Ends with questions & answers from the audience.
