This workshop will include guided meditation (including eating meditation,
so bring small amounts of at least 2 different foods. Refrigerator will be provided.)
Chairs will be available.

STEPHANIE NASH has a psychology degree from Duke University and a Masters from Yale.
She has trained with Shinzen Young and wrote the study guide that accompanies his “Talks on Teaching”
tape series. She is also a facilitator with VSI, and has led many of the one-day meditation retreats
VSI offers at the Santa Monica Zen Center each month. Stephanie teaches an Introduction to Meditation
class on the first Sunday of every month at Quest in Santa Monica. She teaches Shinzen Young's
mindfulness techniques with an insightful, engaging approach.
