So much of our discomfort or suffering comes from feeling overwhelmed with all the responsibilities & pressures in our lives made worse by the incessant (usually self-judgmental) chatter in our heads, and sometimes by urge & desire that lead to unhealthy behaviors that we wish we wouldn’t do. In this workshop, we will learn basic strategies & techniques to help begin the process of dismantling this ‘overwhelm’ and establishing a new relationship to our thoughts & feelings (& ultimately perceptions) to help our day to day life feel less stressful & more focused, grounded & fulfilling. |
