in Noble Silence


guided meditation, walking/movement meditation,
eating meditation, discussion and silent sitting

“I think having only 5 women creates an intimate, safe environment which allows our natural compassion & clarity to flow. The noble silence helps each woman focus this energy inwards toward her own well-being and moment-to-moment experience. We do break the silence for the Q&A periods, but I think it’s the interplay of silence & speaking (& processing) that creates this special opportunity for deepening one’s practice."
